Users may create accounts as students, institutions, or bank partners. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date programme information, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Programme data is verified from official sources where available, but institutions may change details without notice. Always confirm information directly with the institution.
The Platform facilitates loan applications but does not provide loans directly. Loan approval, terms, and rates are determined solely by partner banks. edugo is not responsible for loan decisions made by partner banks.
Tuition discounts displayed on the Platform are subject to institution and programme terms. edugo does not guarantee discount availability or specific savings. Final discounts must be confirmed by the institution.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.
edugo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
